The Site Content may not be copied, reproduced, downloaded, or distributed in any manner, in whole or in part, without the express permission of Lingua Asia as explicitly provided in these Terms. Unauthorized use of the Site Content is strictly prohibited.
Your License to Use Site Content on Our Site
You may visit our Site without additional permission from Lingua Asia. Lingua Asia grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial, revocable, and non-transferable license to download, view, and play the Site Content, except where specific restrictions apply, such as through purchase or similar requirements. This license is subject to your full compliance with these Terms. When you download or use the Site Content, you must:
- Keep all copyright and other proprietary notices intact.

Social Distribution
Lingua Asia may allow you, with explicit written permission, to engage in certain personal uses of Site Content, such as sharing it with others (“Social Distribution”). You understand that only Lingua Asia can make official claims, promises, or statements about its products and services, and you agree not to do so yourself. You also agree not to imply any affiliation with Lingua Asia or suggest that Lingua Asia approves of your comments. We reserve the right to revoke permission for Social Distribution at any time for any reason. If permission is revoked, you agree to stop Social Distribution immediately and comply with any related terms we post.
Information and Content You Submit
The Site offers opportunities to post content publicly in “Community Forums,” such as “Discussion Boards,” user reviews, promotions, and other interactive features. These Community Forums allow users to share content (including photographs, writings, pictures, data, questions, comments, and suggestions) and exchange information, ideas, and opinions. Lingua Asia is not responsible for the substance of any User Content, and such User Content does not necessarily reflect Lingua Asia’s views. Lingua Asia is not obligated to monitor User Content but may do so at its sole discretion and may remove or refuse to post any User Content for any reason.
Be aware that the Internet may be subject to security breaches, and submissions of User Content or other information may not be secure. Consider this risk before submitting any information to Lingua Asia.
You retain ownership of your User Content but acknowledge that Lingua Asia needs a license to use it. You grant Lingua Asia an unrestricted, worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, and royalty-free license to host, use, copy, distribute, display, perform, modify, translate, or store your User Content for any purpose, in any format, on or through any media, technology, or device now known or hereafter developed.
You also agree that Lingua Asia can use any ideas or concepts contained in your User Content for any purpose, including developing, manufacturing, and marketing products and services, and creating informational articles, without any payment to you. You authorize Lingua Asia to publish your User Content in a searchable format accessible by users of the Site and the Internet. To the fullest extent permitted, you waive any moral rights in your User Content, even if it is altered or changed in a way not agreeable to you.
You acknowledge that Lingua Asia may be working on or developing material similar to your User Content and may have received similar intellectual property from another party. Lingua Asia owes you no obligation regarding your submissions unless a written agreement is made between you and Lingua Asia. Any discussions or negotiations do not constitute recognition of the novelty or originality of your User Content.
You agree that Lingua Asia has no obligation to monitor or enforce your intellectual property rights but has the right to protect and enforce its rights to your User Content. Additionally, you agree that Lingua Asia has no obligation to you regarding your User Content and may monitor, display, accept, or delete it at any time.
User Interactions and Disputes
You are entirely responsible for your interactions with other users of the Site, whether those interactions occur online or offline. We are not accountable for the behavior of any user. While we reserve the right to monitor or intervene in disputes between you and other users, we are not obligated to do so. Use common sense and good judgment in your interactions with others, especially when sharing personal or other information, and in all your online activities.
When you contribute, upload, or otherwise provide User Content to the Site, you agree to follow these Community Usage Rules:

We may include links to resources that are available to download for free, or available to buy. It is up to you whether you buy from that website and you buy at your own risk.
Indemnification
To the full extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Lingua Asia harmless from any and all claims, damages, costs, investigations, liabilities, judgments, settlements, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising directly or indirectly from:
(a) Your User Content; (b) Your use of the Site or related activities; (c) Your breach or anticipated breach of these Terms; (d) Your violation of any laws, rules, regulations, codes, statutes, ordinances, or orders from any governmental or quasi-governmental authorities, including regulatory, administrative, and legislative authorities; (e) Information or material transmitted through your computer, even if not submitted by you, that infringes, violates, or misappropriates any copyright, trademark, trade secret, trade dress, patent, publicity, privacy, or other rights of any person, or defames any person; (f) Any misrepresentation made by you; or (g) The use of your information as allowed under these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or any other written agreement between you and Lingua Asia.
You agree to fully cooperate with Lingua Asia in the defense of any claim. Lingua Asia reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter that is subject to indemnification by you, and you agree not to settle any claim without the prior written consent of a duly authorized employee of Lingua Asia.
E-Commerce
The Site may provide products or services for sale or license, and your transactions may be subject to additional sales terms and policies. You agree to pay all relevant fees and taxes. Lingua Asia may automatically charge and withhold applicable sales tax for orders. Otherwise, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes on orders shipped to you.
At times, the Site may offer products or services for sale or license through an in-app or similar purchase facilitated by a third-party platform hosting the Site. In such cases, your billing relationship will be with the third-party vendor, and additional terms and conditions imposed by the vendor may apply. These Terms will remain applicable to your access to and use of the purchased product or service, except where they conflict with terms imposed by the third-party vendor.
If a product is incorrectly priced or listed with incorrect information due to typographical error or error from its suppliers, Lingua Asia reserves the right, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product at the incorrect price. Lingua Asia may refuse or cancel such orders regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has been charged and your order is canceled, Lingua Asia will issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount charged.
Receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not indicate Lingua Asia’s acceptance of your order or constitute confirmation of Lingua Asia’s offer to sell. Lingua Asia reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason after receiving it. Lingua Asia also reserves the right to provide less than the quantity you ordered of any item without prior notice. Lingua Asia may request additional verification or information before accepting any order.
Termination
Lingua Asia retains the right to terminate your access to and use of the Site at its sole discretion, without notice and liability, if Lingua Asia determines that your conduct violates these Terms. Lingua Asia also reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these Terms, including any violations arising from emails you send to the Site or Lingua Asia. Violations of these Terms may be referred to law enforcement authorities.
